Blog: Behaviorist Learning Theory, Instructional Strategies, and Technology Tools There is a cohesive relationship between behaviorism, instructional strategies, and technology tools. Clark (2018) describes behaviorist theory as learning as the acquisition of new behavior. Behaviorism has been used in education because a teacher can reinforce positive behaviors or learning (Orey, 2010). Instructional strategies are used to support student learning. Technology tools are technology being used to support student learning. Each thing is used to support student learning.
