  Blog: Behaviorist Learning Theory, Instructional Strategies, and Technology Tools There is a cohesive relationship between behaviorism, instructional strategies, and technology tools. Clark (2018) describes behaviorist theory as learning as the acquisition of new behavior. Behaviorism has been used in education because a teacher can reinforce positive behaviors or learning (Orey, 2010). Instructional strategies are used to support student learning. Technology tools are technology being used to support student learning. Each thing is used to support student learning.   Final Reflection and Blog Posting on the Impact of Technology The information in this course has helped me develop my technology skills as a teacher. Richardson (2010) has introduced me to many web 2.0 tools I would have overlooked. Now I have various web 2.0 tools I have experienced and can use in my lessons. It has been stated educators will be able to bring their students' knowledge to better prepare them for future college and careers (Richardson, 2015). I can now use blogs and podcasts in my lessons, and I feel this prepares my students for the future. Students need many different technologies for them to learn (Blair, 2012). I think I have increased my knowledge of web 2.0 tools and prepared my students for their future.
